Isotta Mac Fadden holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from Pablo de Olavide University (Seville, Spain) (Field of research: Education: school, family, cohesion, and social development). Her thesis has allowed her to register a Protocol of Educational Action in Urban Spaces with social transformation needs (PROAES). Currently, since 2016, she’s collaborating with the Southwest Interdisciplinary Research Center-ASU- through the UPO (Spain) with the project “Realization of Two Studies on the Motivation for Change in Drug Addicts and the Social Intervention for Prevention of Drug Dependencies“. She has realized different academic experiences in the field of social research: two International Masters; membership in International Research Groups and in the Spanish Federation of Sociology (Urban Sociology Committee); several publications in national and international journals (e.g. Springer); participation in National and International Congresses; academic stays (e.g. UK); collaboration with different NGO (e.g. SOS RACISMO, CRUZ ROJA).
